MAIN USE OF HORIZONTAL PIPE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
1. ISW type pipe centrifugal pump, for transportation of clear water and physical and chemical properties similar to other liquids of water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply, high building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire control and equipment supporting, the use of temperature T: less than 80 degrees.
2.ISWR (WRG) type hot water (high temperature) circulating pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper making, and hotel and paper, and hotels, hotels, hot water pressurized circulation and circulation pumps for the urban heating system, ISWR use temperature T: < 120 degrees C, WRG use temperature T: < 240 degrees C.

CHARACTERISTICS OD HORIZONTAL PIPE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
1. ISW type pipe centrifugal pump is a vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameter, and located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact appearance, small area, low building input, and can be put in outdoor use if the protective cover is added.
2. Impeller is directly installed on the long axis of the motor. The axial size is short, the structure is compact, the pump and the motor bearing are configured reasonably. It can effectively balance the radial and axial loads produced by the pump operation, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pipe centrifugal pump, small vibration and low noise.
3. ISW horizontal pipe centrifugal shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium high temperature resistant mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, and can effectively prolong the service life of mechanical seal.
4. ISW horizontal pipeline is easy to install and maintain, without the need to remove the piping system. All the rotor parts can be removed by unloading the joint block nut of the pump.
5. Pumps can be used in series and in parallel according to the requirements of usage and flow and lift.
6. The vertical and horizontal installation of the pump can be installed according to the requirements of piping layout.
WOEKING CONDITIONS OD PIPE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
1. The suction pressure is less than 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is less than 1.6MPa, that is, the suction pressure + pump lift is less than 1.6MPa, the pressure of the pump static pressure is less than 2.5MPa, and the system working pressure is indicated when the order is ordered. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be put forward at the time of ordering, so that steel castings can be used in the over current part and the connection part of the pump during manufacture.
2. The ambient temperature of the centrifugal pump is below 40 and the relative humidity is less than 40%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveying medium of the centrifugal pump is not more than 0.1 of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm.
